The Law Office of Sanford A. Wallack is the culmination of many years of hard work dedicated to having my own successful law practice. I have chosen to limit my practice to criminal defense, civil rights, and animal law because these cases reflect the principles that I believe in and that inspire me.

My goal is to "win" every case, which I strive for by providing advocacy that is aggressive, thorough, and spirited. Although not every case will result in (nor every "win" be measured by) a dismissal of charges, a not guilty verdict, or a monetary judgment, I expect and will seek an outcome that you are satisfied with. Further, I want you to be pleased not only with the result but also with my representation in achieving that result.

I will discuss the legal process with you and will keep you informed regarding the status of your case. I will provide you with copies of relevant documents in your case and correspondence I send out on your behalf. I will confer with you regarding the options you have and the ramifications, advantages, and disadvantages of each option. At the conclusion of your case, you will feel satisfied with the outcome, at least in part, because you understand how you got to that outcome – based on decisions that you made knowingly with eyes open and intelligently with full awareness of the legal process and the effect of your decisions along the way.
